- App Usage Data: When using our Apps, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related platforms may collect usage and log data. VetaTek does not access Dynamics log data unless explicitly provided for support or integration purposes.
1.3 AI-Related Data Processing
- When you use features or services powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI), including Copilot, Azure AI, or other machine learning models, we may process your inputs (queries, text, files, and other submitted content) and outputs to:
- Provide responses or perform requested actions.
- Improve model performance and accuracy.
- Detect misuse and ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies.
- AI processing may be handled by third-party providers (e.g., Microsoft Azure OpenAI) under their privacy and security terms.
We do not use AI to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects without human review.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information for:
- Providing, operating, and improving the Services.
- Responding to inquiries and support requests.
- Sending newsletters, updates, and marketing communications (with opt-out options).
