VetaTek was founded in 2016 in San Diego, California. A cloud solution provider for small and mid-size businesses, VetaTek has achieved the designation of Business Application Partner from Microsoft.
We are a group of technology professionals who are geeks at heart. We love technology. We love the limitless possibilities. More than anything, we love seeing those possibilities applied correctly to a business, especially the small ones.
VetaTek was founded out of the desire to transform an industry ripe with possibilities. “Veta” means “to know” in Swedish, an ode to the heritage of our founder. We are committed to helping small businesses know what excellent is and vow to work our hardest to help them achieve their goals and be successful.

Jim O’Grady
President and Microsoft Solution Architect
Jim O’Grady is an innovative leader with an unmatched vision of the cloud computing landscape. With roots as a software developer, Jim quickly grew to be a solutions architect and then a business leader. Having led both businesses and exceedingly complex projects, his experience in the industry helps to frame his ingenuity. Jim earned a degree in computer science from UCSD. When he’s not predicting the future of the cloud, he can be found cheering his daughters on at a soccer game or enjoying a round of golf.
Micah Trujillo
Director of Consulting Solutions and BC Architect
Micah Trujillo is Director of Consulting Services at VetaTek, with over 16 years of enterprise software experience. Micah has a unique blend of business process acumen and IT systems consulting allowing for an in depth understanding of how systems and processes work together. He has a proven track record of implementing ERP, CRM, and CPM (FP&A) software for a broad range of industries. Micah has been a successful manager in building two software consulting practices from the ground up and is experienced across Microsoft and SAP enterprise systems.
James Anderson
Director of Azure and IT
James Anderson is a talented and dedicated professional whose practical knowledge of Microsoft technologies is incredible. As a complement to his exceptional technical skills, James has an innate ability to form and direct teams towards a common goal. James in an incredibly hard working individual who is willing to put in the extra hours to resolve any issue. His knowledge and dedication set him apart from others in his field. A native San Diegan, James spends his free time involved in youth soccer as a coach and referee. When not on the soccer field he enjoys running with his dog.
Abby Barton
Business Central and Dynamics GP Architect
Abby Barton is an ERP Implementation Lead at VetaTek. She led successful transitions of clients to Microsoft Dynamics Business Central from Dynamics GP/NAV and QuickBooks, exhibiting proficiency in AL Development and integration of Business Central Add-ons and Third-Party products. Abby also directed cross-functional teams, maintained adherence to project timelines and budget constraints. She offered personalized assessments and project leadership to empower clients for optimized ERP software utilization and maximum business impact.
Adam Weeg
Director of Dynamics and Power Platform
Adam Weeg is a strategic and detail-oriented member of the team. A natural problem solver, he is always helpful in decomposing difficult problems and providing pragmatic solutions. Adam is originally from the Midwest where he attended the University of Michigan for computer engineering. He focuses on leading a diverse set of technical resources towards architecting and delivering creative designs to solve difficult problems throughout the business landscape.
